I hated that my quote wasn’t honored. I was quoted using the mileage I knew I was going to use (10) and they held funds for 30. I needed those funds for things like food and water while moving on a hot day and I unexpectedly had to figure out something else because of that. Not awesome.

Whenever I have to move any items from one place to another, I like to use this U-Haul address because the people are very nice. The equipment is clean and in excellent shape and I never have a problem. Nice doing business with you.
