It was frustrating because the process to turn in the vehicle after hours was confusing, and unclear. Still awaiting on a phone call because apparently the payment did not go through. When I called the after hours service, I was informed that I would receive a phone call the next day. Never received one

Google maps gave directions to the wrong gate at this location. Difficult to find a place to turn around and go back to the correct entrance. Hopefully, this can be changed and make it easier for the next customer.

JODI PThe two guys that were working the desk were super helpful. One help me complete the reservation and the other helped hook up the trailer car hauler. I didn’t get their names, but the one that works outside was amazing. Hauling a car and getting the car were customer experiences. The guys took great care of us beginning to end. We would definitely recommend you guys to all of our friends that need car and toy haulers
