The truck struggled to shift gears and wasn't all that clean, but I didn't care; I was only using it to pick up a piano 3 miles away. I am upset because I was charged for the dolly when I didn't go near it. I emailed the location several days ago and no one responded. It is highly concerning that I don't get a response when I am disputing charges. It's only 7 dollars. Rather than pursue it, I'll just make sure that my family and everyone I know never uses this location, or maybe even U-haul, again.
