a) The office smelled like literal feces. Not sure if it was the two unkempt employees running the front desk or if there are plumbing issues but jeez that was an unpleasant office to have to stand in. b) the online checkout doesn't work. just opens a blank white screen of nothingness. c) I was over charged for an extra day for no reason. Was told it was a mistake and I would be refunded, but no refund has arrived. (I will dispute the entire charge with my bank if I do not receive the refund within a few more days, just FYI)

Daniel MI had difficulty getting my photos taken, until I downloaded the app.
Daneane HAs a truck renter it is absolutely BS that any of the limited useable space inside a 15 foot moving truck is taken up and rendered nonuseable to the client by the floor mounting anchor of a dolly not wanted or the package of moving blankets not wanted. As a client I expect to have all the space inside a rental truck useable, if I want a dolly or blankets I will place them on my order.
Robert LGreat staff, great rental, easy to manage, thanks!
