JAVIER ATravis the reservation specialist demonstrated excellent customer service. He explained all pertinent details and also provided concern when the online checklist before leaving was being challenging. I was receiving a spinning wheel when uploading pictures as required. For this form - I’d like to recommend a picture of the windshield and or interior seats. After I left I noticed the windshield had a chip on the driver’s side above the line of sight for me. I didn’t notice it before leaving along with the seat cuts. It appears someone had something in their back pocket (possibly) that caused the seat damage. As a female I do not carry sharp items in my jean back pockets. At this location, everyone is very kind. I also want to say Thank You again to Travis & Team for going the extra mile to show me where to put gas and also answer questions about a storage unit. I love this Uhaul location. I’m a frequent customer.
