The lady at the front desk wa every helpful and knowledgeable about the process. The gentleman who helped me in the yard got my truck hooked up and explained how to use the removal tool for the hitch. It was an excellent experience.

Amazing straightforward service
Alejandro GWell, I thought it was stupid. I ordered my truck online and expected to have it by 8 AM and when I went to go do the online check-in I was unable to check in online so I had to call customer service and she told me that I had to go in and get the key over-the-counter, but then also wait until the place opened for another half hour and then I go inside to get the key and the guy put the key in the lock box and told me to finish my online order so I continue to do my online order and it still made me go inside and request the key from the guy over-the-counter. Just lots of back-and-forth bullshit and it was super annoying. Nothing was convenient about this.
