Arnoldo FWent in for pickup and place was untidy. Not to say a storage facility must be, but equipment all over office was not a great sight. Storage of trailers in the back just haphazard. When I picked up the trailer on my initial walk through I expressed concerns to employee about tire concerns were dismissed. When called after said tire popped was advised would be taken care of by U-Haul corporate.
Jesse BBoth times I have used this location I had made online reservations for a specific time. This rental was reserved for 8:30 am. I was there early and had to wait in line an hour a forty five minutes. Check-in online was not working. Everyone in line about ten of us were very angry. They told us computer system was down on each occasion.
