Josh was very accommodating and makes sure his customers are taken care of. He took a considerable amount of personal time to work through some issues with UHaul’s reservation application site to make sure we had a trailer on time. Kudos to him.

The problem wasn't this location the problem was having to drive a half hour to go get the truck when there are 3 or 4 places closer but they wouldn't go get the truck. I reserved it 24 days ahead of time and all they said they had were local trucks and they don't go get trucks. They make the customer go get it. The guy I got the truck from drove an hour each way to go get but those running the Bozeman area don't do that. I would yank their licenses. I read more complaints about the same thing from the same dealers multiple times online. Totally unexceptable and absolute abhorrent customer service. The other issue I had was I had to get four tiedowns myself and the trailer was nothing like the video I was sent by uhaul in how to use it. I definitely look for another provider before coming back to uhaul. It would be my last resort.
Charles BWhen we arrived to pick up the trailer, the owner was under a car working on it. I went into the shop and said "hello, I'm here to pick up a trailer". Without coming out from under the car, he said we were over 30 minutes late so would need to wait until he had time. Our appointment was for 10:00 AM and it was 10:06 AM. I told him that and he came out to help us. Finally warmed up and was more friendly than at first but the first interaction was very grumpy.
Don BJosh is a trustworthy person. I left my wallet in the truck and he found it. He waited for me to pick it up at 9pm. I'm Very thankful for his honesty and customer service.
