Everything worked as intended and service was great. It would be nice if trailer hitch locks were provided with the rental and maybe they are offered, I did not ask. Overall good experience with pickup. The lady at pickup was very helpful and nice.

Didn't want to help us wanted us to do self check in. The truck smelt like smoke and the transmission is going out. So no was not a very nice moving experience
BRANDY MShould verify to bring ID because I forgot mine. UHAUL should give clearer instructions. Also, they shouldn't have to repick the location. She accidentally picked the wrong U-Haul drop off due to them being on the same road and I only said the road name. In Chicago 4 miles difference took me over 2 hours to drop off. It should be set from the website.
