The trailer did not come with a jack or jack-stand, and none was available at the site. Fortunately, I was able to supply my own. Barb was very friendly and helpful; she made the experience easy and pleasant.

Not happy with the service. Our town we reserved the truck was changed with out asking us and with out notifying us. This is very poor customer service. Moving is hard enough and to change where you are to pick up with out any notice is not what you want other potential customers hearing
