The service manager was at the Big Junction where we picked up the truck, and checked us in. He was AWESOME!! It was a wonderful experience all the way around. The truck was clean and ran perfectly. We appreciate having such a great experience with UHaul. Thank you! Will definitely use this pick up location again in the future.
