Person was very preoccupied by I guess checking us in on her cell phone not really sure if that's what she was doing. Also we had told her we were to get a credit for bringing a uhaul trailer to this location for uhaul and we never received the credit on our card. And we were also charged a cleaning fee of $25 when we took all trash out of it and swept it. It was snowing when we were unloading it and it was probably wet
