It was pouring rain, and the uhaul I received leaked horribly in the inside. I was transporting two beds and antique furniture, all of which got soaking wet.

I dropped the truck off on a Sunday when no one was there. Worse yet was no dropbox for the key. Tried to call the u-haul number to ask what to do. Told 30 minute wait. Tried the live chat and told 25 minute wait.
Laura M.Employee told me that the owner used the truck for his personal use. There was a half empty energy drink and a spit cup with chewing Tabacco in it in the cabin.
