The office hours as listed on the website were not accurate. This is the first time I used the mobile check-in/check-out. The check-in video prepared me for the selfie and drivers license capture process. But I didn't see a check-out video. I locked the vehicle and put the key through the mail slot right away. I didn't realize I would need to take a shot of the odometer and gas gauge in order to complete the mobile check-out. I was nervous I would be charged a late fee, but my receipt indicated my return was accepted even without the mobile check-out. But I would have preferred to be prepared for the whole process and not be anxious about a late fee.
