The overall experience is very straightforward with Kiss Universal. The van cab was dirty/sticky upon pick up, but not bothersome due to the limited time actually spent driving this van. I appreciate the proximity and after-hours drop-off option.
SARAH DI can't think of anything to improve this location. It was neat and clean and the staff was helpful and courteous.
