The overall experience is very straightforward with Kiss Universal. The van cab was dirty/sticky upon pick up, but not bothersome due to the limited time actually spent driving this van. I appreciate the proximity and after-hours drop-off option.

SPENCER HI think that U-Haul's customer service overall is possibly some of the worst I've ever encountered. From unexplained switching of pickup and dropoff locations to ones which are substantially inconvenient, to a failure to include requested accessories resulting in necessitating a drive to another location in order to do an additional pickup, to the stunningly inefficient phone pickup system whereby no-one actually answers the phone. This last rental experience was appalling with regard to customer service. Remind me to go elsewhere for my rental needs in the future.
