Great customer service, First dolly was picked up in a timely manner. When preparing to load the dolly i noticed the tires had belts shown and uneven tread wear. I went back to either get tires replaced or trade for a new tow dolly. Express service once again and corrected the issue in a timely manner with a new tow dolly. Thanks
Jason DI needed a 20' truck. I had to take a 26' and pay the full price. My belongings only went to the wheel welds, and I was done. I have photos. I had to drive 40 miles to get the auto transport, and when I got there, they had to go on to Ponca City, OK to get the transport. I had to wait for 2 hours and then drive back 40 miles to South Haven, KS to load my stuff. Before I picked the truck up, I called UHaul. The lady said she would give me an extra day, which I received. She said she would knock off $100 on the cost for my inconvenience. Someone changed it to 100 miles when the UHaul workers printed out the form which I did not need at all. I need the $100! All of the workers involved were friendly and as helpful as UHaul would allow them to be. Something in corporate must be changed. Your service was very poor for this consumer. Will UHaul refund my promised $100??? Thank you. Dennis
Dennis GHelp staff at renting. When returning the staff member was not familiar with the rent process however the UHaul app made it easy to return.
