The van were in quite a good condition with some little dusts and leaves. It was hassle free experience.

KETAN BOnline booking was complicated because there were no long-term options for the 4x8 size. I wanted a 4x8 for 12 days, had to book a larger size, then the phone agent said he could change it to a 4x8 in the form of two one-way bookings, but when I got to the office the desk agent couldn't make sense of that booking so had to start over. Plus, of course, the location I chose online isn't the one the trailer really was available at. Basically, your online booking doesn't reflect your actual business processes; also, it's super annoying to have to click through the upselling options for moving and storage. Would be good if your material published a recommended hitch height for each kind of trailer.
CHIPMAN CWe have been using this location at 1450 O’Connor Drive for a few years now. Wonderful service and customer experience. We were assigned a cargo van most recently and upon opening the door it had an awful door. We immediately went back to the counter and they promptly gave us another cargo van…no questions asked. I would recommend this location 100%.
