No one there. Charged me extra for fuel even though my contract was explicitly changed to say that I had less fuel than the original contract.

The location on my phone pickup was listed on Danforth. When I got to the location noted there were no vehicles on the lot. I found a uhaul office and the front desk person mentioned the location no longer existed and all the cars were another 5-10 minutes drive down Coxwell (now late for my pickup I left). Went to Cowell and could not use my mobile pick up because the app would not let me add my drivers license number and the dispatch would not remotely add my drivers license number for me and said I was out of luck. Thankfully a very helpful person was working behind the desk who was able to cancel my appointment and re-book. Overall was not impressed with the runaround and ended up being late for my pickup.

Did mobile check in but map was for an old location. Had to drive to the depot from the office. First van had two front low air tires. Was switched to another van that had not been cleaned. Took me an hour before I got on the road. Terrible.

I was told to return it to the Danforth location which was closed upon arrival. The Coxwell location was great and the staff was really nice. But I was still kinda pissed that the Windsor location had sent me to a closed store first.

Terrible online access experience! After going through all the ID verification steps standing in the rain, I mistakenly hit one wrong response in the color blindness test. (Colours like purple/blue appeared very similar on my old screen.) I was told I could not rent the truck I was standing beside. Although an on-screen contact called Angela was guiding me through the steps, as soon as the test failed I was bounced out with no way to reconnect. Terrible system! I used the online checkout because the location would not open for 2 hours (10AM) before I needed the truck. After a wait to talk to a service rep, I was redirected to another location that was fairly close and open; however, their vehicle compound was even farther away. I showed up for my 9AM move 90 minutes late, although I had planned an hour for the pickup and drive to the close client location. The fact you are cancelled with no warning that this may happen, and no way to redo or correct an answer with a live operator is extremely poor. Will not use the online checkin again and will convince friends and coworkers to avoid it.

Booking was complicated ( not Dansforths fault) and had to call back three times for them to get the reservation right) and when we went to get truck, employee had not arrived, we went to a second adresse (note in window) because store still closed 10 minutes after opening hours. Second store was completely disorganized that morning and employees scrambling to try and sort things out.

When I returned my truck, I found my personal vehicle had been damaged in the parking lot. No one claimed responsibility, the manager advised me they are not responsible for personal vehicles and would "check the security camera". I have yet to hear back and it has been almost 48 hrs.

My only issue with uhaul in Canada is that you cannot drop the van off at a different location. I moved from the east side to the west (king and dufferin) and had to drive all the way back to the east before 6pm and drop it back as the store closed then. I think if you added drop of at different locations your service would be 100%

Worst customer service. I booked the truck for 6:45. We’re waiting for two hours and then told me that he has given my truck to someone else. He then sent me Coxwell location. I missed my appointment and lost money at both ends. Will never ever go again and won’t recommend this location to anyone

Location and service was great. Only request would be to update U Haul location list on website as the vehicle was assumed to have been booked at one location only to be redirected to a different location.

The gas was just over 1/4 tank. I would have expected it to be higher. More importantly, you absolutely must offer reserved dollies. I was unable to reserve; when I arrived they were all out. The guy working the desk found one tucked in the back. It would have been a horrible move without that dollie.

Booked the uhaul 3 weeks in advance, and requested the dolly with my online order. When I showed up at 4:30 pm on the Saturday of the Easter long weekend to pick up my truck, I was informed that there was no available dolly. Leaving me totally screwed because it was the long weekend. I would have thought that uhaul would at least be professional enough to call/email before hand to inform me that the service THEY OFFER isn't available. Over all very disappointed in uhaul

I booked an utility dolly in a week ahead together with the truck but there was non of those available when I came to pick up the truck. The guy at the counter told me I had never booked it. It is odd...



I out has back for the portion that I used and still they charged me back 8 something $ The van was terrible dirty and and stinky, had to returned it earlier couldn’t take the smell

Office was not occupied for pick-up. Multiple contradictory signs saying "back in 15 minutes" (waited 30m and no staff and not answering calls) and "office closed due to weather". Drove to 2nd location but unoccupied also. Truck windshield was dirty and hard to see out. Interior was average condition.

I had a great experience with this location. They were flexible as I changed my reservation due to the ice storm. The truck was parked around the corner so it was easy to get to, but I had to park my car in a 1-hour parking spot for the day (didn’t get a ticket though!) as there is little nearby parking. The only two reasons I am giving this 4-stars not 5 is that they were out of blankets that day (luckily only one of my items got scratched as I had AMAZING moving helpers booked through U-Haul), despite having confirmed with me when I changed my reservation that I wanted 12 blankets. The staff were always helpful and friendly though, and they did suggest for me to drive down to 480 Coxwell for blankets if I really needed them. I’ve always had great service from U-Haul and pairing it with moving help booked through the site makes for a very seamless and affordable move.

The windshield fluid sprayer in the truck did not work and we were driving in an ice storm. This greatly affected our safety, negatively. I have written to the location asking for compensation and haven't heard back. Upsetting.
