I didn't drop off at this location.
Hau SI was over charged because they installed the RV and didn’t explain how to remove it.
Rafaela AThey did not have the vehicle available when we got there. We were sent to another location and then that vehicle was not the size we wanted. It was also on fumes in terms of gas level.
April BWhile the rental process itself was fine and the employees I dealt with were polite, friendly and helpful, the location itself is rather sketchy and not somewhere I would recommend to my female friends. The vehicles are parked down a poorly lit alley with very little signage signifying an official U-haul location where legitimate business is conducted. Perhaps consider making it safer for customers?
