Very bad . They charged me amount what they don’t know why
Hugo CEmployee wanted to leave location before I arrive because he wanted to leave his shift early. Call me 2 x before my scheduled appointment telling me to text a copy of my drivers license and he would just leave the keys somewhere. This was before closing and before my appointment

MITCHELL WI reserved a regular dolly, which was unavailable upon arrival. Had to make do with an appliance dolly, which was the only one left on site, apparently. If there wasn't any, I would've been extremely dissatisfied. Can be hard to get in/out due to the lack of space in the parking.
