Very efficiently run given there is virtually no office. But it works, and the location is great. Just the basics, well delivered.

I rented a trolley for my move. When I went there, they said they gave it to someone else. The person working there gave me a different trolley, one I did not want and it made my move so much more difficult than it needed to be. So im fucking pissed about my experience

ALLISON STrucks could use a closer cleaning and servicing before being sent back out for new rental customers. There were many pop-ups on the dash to check tire pressure/ etc. Also would have been nice if there was more lighting in the lot for late night returns. Quite a challenge to get photos for the return process while in the dark.
