Victor FThe van was not the correct van and it needed to be changed. The van I got was disgusting. Not at all what you would expect for a $100 rental. Clearly had not been cleaned probably ever. The window controls were broken. Then the guy tried to blame me for it. Luckily I took a photo when I picked it up. The drivers seat did not adjust and I had to sit forward the whole time. Im also very skeptical about the kilometer gauge. The distance on google maps was 10km less than what the van registered. Weird.
