How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe only small issue was where to park the vehicle upon return. There were no signs explaining where we are allowed to park the vehicle.
Michael NThey were very nice there and answered all my questions
Hamdalat OGas in vehicle was low requiring an immediate top up. The back of the truck was dirty and the floor sticky. We had to sweep the deck and avoid the sticky surface getting our load dirty. Finally drop off location was changed on me, requiring an extra 15-20 minute drive to a much further drop off location. All was reported at the drop off location.
