Tons of snow on top of vehicle cargo van. Ideally it would have been brushed off prior to my rental. Otherwise, had to meet with agent in person as the app wasn't cooperating. Could find me even though location services were on on my phone.JSCOTT M.
Quang is a wonderful location manager. When we were late for our truck, rather than give our truck away, he called us and confirmed our reservation. He gave us his personal phone number in case we needed help parking the truck at the after-hours return. He did not charge us a "convenience fee" for after-hours return. We did not need to fuss around with the glitchy and defective Truck Share app.Phil L.

The lady at the front was kind friendly courteous. When it was my turn She did my booking really fast. I would definitely recommend this location. Myself and 2 other customers witnessed an angry man who brought back his truck before it was my turn. This disrespectful human being was yelling screaming and tried to berate the lady. I became apaulled and had to tell him several times to stop yelling at her as we could all hear the conversation. He was CLEARLY trying to rip off the company AS he was arguing that 7KM of driving would use any gas. Is this man for real?? The gentleman behind my reservation said Sir you do know that just by driving and having the engine turned on and if you are idling its burning gas. You cannot expect a company to pay for your gas. He is saying they ripped him off he didn't check the needle he only checked the odometer we all said yoy had to burn gad with 7KMS and I felt so sorry for the lady. No woman deserved to be spoken to that way. I even told the man to back up and stop yelling at her. They told him $5 bucks he was still weeping and wailing at the top of his lungs we all thought $5 is fair as other Companies ding you with the cost of having to fill it up themselves. He kept holding up the line and the lady said sir $2 just pay $2 he reluctantly paid the meer $2 I was shocked how someone would behave in such a manner towards a woman. He was wrong as he should have to put back something in the tank. And I did not appreciate that a fellow woman had to be subjected to this vulgar despicable treatment by this cheap man. I am glad that we were there for her safety. She handled herself very well and I would commend her for that. I would have lost it. And I felt a compelling need to respond to this survey because of what I witnessed. And when it came my turn everything went fast and smooth. She was able to get on with it and not let that incident slow her down. True professional. I booked for 9:30 a.m. for pickup but the keys/truck were not available at that time. We were told to wait until opening time at 10 am. The attendant was insistent that we had to pick up our truck during their operating hours (10-6). Equipment was in good condition, but truck should be available at the time I booked.Martin H.

The driveway is busy and a little crowded. The online booking experience did not work and I had to go inside. I wasted 30 minutes trying to book online. The truck was given to me with an almost empty gas tank, which left me to guess how much I needed to fill to get to my destination and return it at the same level so I can avoid going to the gas station twice. I over-estimated the amount and lost $50 in gas that should be credited to my booking fee. The trucks should be provided full with a better and more clear guide to how much gas is needed to bring the truck back full.ANTONIO A.
The truck was new - only 600KM's on it. However, I did find that the seats looked as if they had not been vacuumed after the last rental. Not a big deal - just letting you know. The service here was excellent and I love how easy it was with the mobile app / online account.Eddy V.

Also, the UHaul website and booking service is horrible. I booked at one location for 24 hour rental and without any notice it was changed to another location for a 12 hour rental. Also you website needs to be redone, it's not intuitive and your flows break in multiple use casesBenoit G.
