On arriving to the rexdale location, the lady was busy eating her Mac Donald’s at the front counter and had her headphones on., Very un professional did not acknowledge we were there, the other lady was busy with a customer, who then realised that we had been waiting a very long time and apologised. when we were finally seen to the woman has no customer service skills , did not smile give any eye contact. The company is great but customer service lacked.

I don't have data access on my phone so the process to affirm the good condition of the equipment left me without options. Perhaps bring back the in-person process or find another way to accommodate clients (using SMS texts perhaps?)

The staff are extremely slow and non reactive to customers. Being the only customer and 5 representative behind the counter, I had to wait for 40mins before I was helped because the ladies were too busy chatting about useless things and taking their own sweet time counting the money in their counter. Even after getting the formalities done when I went out to give the keys to one of the two staff members to get the vehicle, first of all one of them was in a far corner too busy messaging on his phone and when I get to him he asked me to look for the other guy who was busy moving vehicles already so that took another 30 mins to get the vehicle. Terrible experience and would never make the mistake of going back there ever again wouldn't recommend anyone else either.

Due to numerous occasions at this locations and multiple incidents with the extremely rude manager. On my previous visit she refused to service me after having me as well as other clients wait for over 20 minutes while she ate her ice cream at the desk. On my visit today, I went to another representative to check out my already reserved unit, and the manager began speaking in Jamaican accent (Paktwa) to the associate trying to have her refuse my renting from there again. Again, she was doing this while eating and serving another client as well. She was giving me the angry look and as if I stole something from her. I have recording as well which I will be sending to head office. I really don’t think this manager is valuing her position and does not care to lose it.

Horrible service Changed locations without notification , move was 2 hours delayed due to change. Drop of also change locations without notification. I would not recommend uhaul to anyone

Even though we had reserved a vehicle we had to wait in line with all the people there trying to rent vehicles and purchasing other products. It did not seem to be very organized. Perhaps a lane just for reserved vehicles would speed up the process.

Front desk was extremely slow. There were 3 people in front of me and I was there for over an hour. Customers are treated like an inconvenience with an indifferent attitude.

The process was extremely slow. The staff doesn't seem to know how to use computers and the payment processing machines always reject my debit card. The whole process needs to be revisited and re-engineered... Even returning equipment and paying cash had me wait in line for over 30 minutes. When moving and asking for help from friends, wasting their time is not a great customer experience. I make a living helping companies improve the customer experience they provide and I'm extra sensitive to bad ones.

More agents, better customer service. Wait time was way too long. Agents needs to learn how to communicate effectively, because their communication only leads to frustration and confusion. My suggestion: Completely lay off all current workers and hire an entirely new set of staff.

Huge lineup at 7am opening. I was lucky enough to have my reservation in stock, others were not so lucky. Staff was overwhelmed but at least they were friendly. I quite like the check in / drop off on your phone. I can see why it’s difficult for older folks, but it’s easy for the cellphone generation.
