I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received at your storage facility. My experience has been extremely frustrating, stressful, and unacceptable, When I first attempted to rent a unit, I was initially informed by Varsha that only 5x5 units were available. Due to space constraints, I had to rent two units. The following day, I contacted the facility to check if a larger unit had become available, and I was informed that there was one. Upon moving my belongings into unit 14**, I discovered a cockroach and reported it immediately. I was told the unit would be sprayed and that if the issue persisted, I would be moved again and receive one month free. Despite this assurance, the issue persisted when I moved into unit 1513. I once again reported the presence of cockroaches but was met with dismissive and unprofessional behavior from Varsha, who claimed that since no one else was complaining, nothing could be done. I explained that others might also have an infestation but were simply not reporting it, yet my concerns continued to be ignored. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, I was only given a can of bug spray and subjected to further dismissive and rude behavior from Varsha. On February 19, I arrived to move my remaining belongings from unit 1513 and once again discovered cockroaches. Frustrated, I proceeded to my new unit, 1818, only to find that my access was blocked due to an outstanding balance of $37. This was shocking, considering that over $300 had already been taken from my account without being refunded. This entire process has been exhausting and unacceptable. Due to the immense stress and inconvenience I have endured, I am requesting the following: A formal written apology from your management team for the poor service, rude treatment, and unprofessional behavior, particularly from Varsha. A full refund for any overcharges, including the $300 taken from my account that has not been refunded. The immediate removal of the $37 charge and unrestricted access to my unit. One month of free storage, as previously promised, for the significant disruptions and distress caused.

Staff weren’t always patient, but there was a problem with the doors or access and it wasn’t our fault. In the end the storage was too far way from our home.
