To Whom It May Concern, Every year you jack up prices while storage stays exactly the same. Getting through to anyone at the Rexdale location is 99.98 % impossible — it's the worst ACD system ever. Calls always dump to a useless US call center where clueless agents(but polite) have slow or broken computers. This is clearly designed to annoy and exhaust loyal customers like me. All deals are only for new suckers; reliable paying customers get screwed and forgotten. I've wasted thousands of dollars on this total ripoff! this feedback

The staff is extremely slow when it is busy. I waited 1 hour for arrangements for storage. I paid for the month of June, found an apartment and moved out of storage before June 1st. I didn’t get the $265.00 refund.
