Chandrowtie C | Overall ExperienceI love the workers
RANDY M | Overall ExperienceI have a good experience with your company all the crust from Canada Alberta to Ontario. They are very nice people and they helpful. Thank you.
horvadh e | Overall Experience1. Some staff helpful, others not so much. 2. The facility is usually extremely busy, which is a good thing, but again, some staff treat customers, not just myself, with little respect. 3. The trolleys remain dirty for days, I had to clean one for mattress use upon moving out.
errol j | Overall ExperienceTo Whom It May Concern, Every year you jack up prices while storage stays exactly the same. Getting through to anyone at the Rexdale location is 99.98 % impossible — it's the worst ACD system ever. Calls always dump to a useless US call center where clueless agents(but polite) have slow or broken computers. This is clearly designed to annoy and exhaust loyal customers like me. All deals are only for new suckers; reliable paying customers get screwed and forgotten. I've wasted thousands of dollars on this total ripoff! this feedback
ROMAN D | First ImpressionsThe staff is extremely slow when it is busy. I waited 1 hour for arrangements for storage. I paid for the month of June, found an apartment and moved out of storage before June 1st. I didn’t get the $265.00 refund.
ROBERT S | Overall ExperiencePoor service and location isn’t the most accessible to bring in large items. Had to squeeze a couch through the small door because they wouldn’t help us open the big sliding door and we tore a hole in my couch
Joshua Z | Online Move InI'm happy with all the staff at 240 Rexdale Blvd, Etobicoke, especially the GM, mis Dean she is a true manager her courage keeps me around for ever ♥️ and I will always recommend that facility to my friends and family
Sally K | Overall ExperienceExcelente atención 👍🏽
BICTOR Z | Overall ExperienceEverything was perfect…friendly people…didn’t need a storage unit anymore 😊😊😊
angelo b | Overall ExperienceCustomer service is a big problem. Only two young ladies seem genuinely interested in helping customers in the midst of a terrible mobile app. Your staff told us that corporate is aware
