Elizabeth SI've used Uhal before at other locations but this place was the best thus far in terms of customer service and how quick it was to pick up and drop the truck.
Rikardo ROverall my experience was great besides one thing which was the moving dolly. I had booked that as well but after reaching the location i was told they were out of stock and that the booking only guarantees the truck but not any of the additional moving accessories like dolly, pads etc. The final billing amount was adjust correctly but I was really disappointed with this considering this should have been told before as it increased the time for me to load the furniture from my old place onto the truck.
Mayank AI reserved Dolly . The other dolly , and pads And nothing , so had to go to home depot pay for that, spend more time and more km!!! And also changed me the location!!!!
