Not a problem with this location at all, but just a suggestion for U-Haul that it would be nice if you overfilled the gas tank to more than you originally started at that there might be a credit either a discount or on your account. Thanks for the great service!

SAMUEL IWe returned after hours and there was no clear instruction on how to drop off the vehicle. Plus it was challenging to find a spot to leave the vehicle since Queen Street is super busy plus the lot where the other vehicles were dropped off was completely full. When I called the location they simply said just drop it off on the street and drop off the key. Plus there were all the steps before that that they didnt mention about using the App and taking photos of all sides of the vehicle including one that had to be taken in the middle of Queen Street to get the full vehicle in the shot. All this on a freezing evening. Not very convenient at all.
David CBoth service reps (Kevin and I forget the lady's name) were exceptional! Give them a raise for goodness sake!
