KENT KThe Location as such had no problem, I received the truck I reserved, but there were 2.issues that gave me a big surprise at the start of the moving day. 1. I reserved 2 furniture dollies that the location was apparently out-of-stock of, and I was told to just get them somewhere else. Only I know how painful my moving was as I had to start my moving at 8 am and there is literally no store open at that time. I had to eventually buy 2 dollies from Instacart at a premium, and paid $110 for them. (that are of no use to me now after the moving), and additional expense just because Uhaul couldn't reserve an item that I already reserved more than 1 week in advance. 2. The truck had almost no fuel left. In the middle of my drive from Downtown Toronto to Vaughan, the truck went empty truck and I was fortunate to be around a gas station, so I got extra gas and filled the truck. The location/Uhaul showed no responsibility that they should've given at least some fuel in the truck? I paid for 48 KM inclusive, as I had a drop off at a different location, and Uhaul charges a premium for it, yet my experience was very painful to say the least.
