Was totally average. Dropped the vehicle off and had to wait for the staff to finish chatting before being acknowledged. Recorded time for drop off was more than an hour after I had returned vehicle.

John MIt was online pickup only and they were closed, the app and website don’t work very well so I had to cap customer service like three times and wait on hold. It took an hour to do the pickup and that ate into my rental time. I just gave up with drop off and told the online customer service it was dropped off rather than deal with that again.
