Trailer was dusty, hadn't been swept or mopped out. There was a packing blanket and can opener inside. When I was told I had to use the phone app. I had to return to the office 3 times for help. No one asked if I had used the app. before and did I need any help. I am a senior and the app. isn't what I would call "user friendly" which is probably an archaic term.
