They don’t tell you in advance that your vehicle will be towed if parked on their lot. I had to rearrange my plans and get someone to pick me up and drop off my car. They could have cared less!!!
WILLIAM NIt is located in a liquor store. Hard to give timely service when you have customers coming in constantly and interrupting the check in process. Not convenient at all.

Stuart EThey have too much going on trying to run a cash register for liquor and trying to rent u-haul’s. The clerk was having trouble with the first customer and was working on me at the same time and also ringing up liquor sales. He put extra payments on my bill and you guys aren’t trying to honor my correct bill all the way. I have my own insurance and didn’t ask for the insurance he put on there. I feel like his poor customer service has put me in a position I shouldn’t be in. And I want the $120 taken off my bill.
