Very dishonest experience. I specifically asked him to check the gas level, and he said it was fine. However, after I left, he charged me $10 for gas. I do not recommend this location due to their shady practices.

Paul HAt the end of my rental, I was charged additional amounts that I was not aware of when renting the vehicle. I would say that they need to explain what the day charges are so that there’s no confusion there’s a daily charge to have a dolly and also a daily charge to the insurance. I thought these were one time charges, and I would just accrue the daily rate of the vehicle
Laschele MA little bit complicated because they just turned in the information but don’t really assist you so like a trailer you have to connect to yourself. You have to check it yourself. You have nobody spotting you to see if the brakes are working or the signal so it makes a little bit harder because they just stay inside the store and don’t really assist you when connecting the trailer
