The mobile pick up was horrible. The process was so cumbersome. The app kept crashing, took forever, and was not easy to use. The location had minimal cell service and no access to internet so the process was extremely slow. It was confusing and I wish I would have known better how the process would work prior to going to pick up. Then when I finally got through the whole process, the code I was given did not unlock the lock on the truck. We tried several times, and there was no one around for help. One worker from the adjacent business was there and he called the owner of the location, who gave him the number of the lady who works at the office. Neither were ANY help. The worker from the adjacent business was more help than any of the UHaul workers. Thank goodness he was there. I had people waiting for me to help me move. They took time out of their weekends to help, and I was an hour late because of this online pick up experience. I won’t be using the mobile pick up ever again and I will not be recommending it to anyone. It made a stressful weekend of moving homes even more stressful and upsetting.

Zak FPickup was an absolute disaster. I had no idea what to do- and then it wouldn’t scan the back of my license. Then I had to walk around searching for my vehicle. It was all very confusing. My pickup time was 9:30 and by the time I got help online, and then on a phone call.. I didn’t actually get it until 10:30. THEN the wheels were so bald and horrible- I got stuck with an EMPTY U-Haul in about 2” of snow. No traction WHATSOEVER!! I would not recommend - very unsafe. I ended up having to pay for a tow
