Prompt service when I needed to rent equipment in a pinch. They had me processed and on my way with said equipment within 30mins. Also, pick/drop off was a cinch.

It was way more money than I was under the impression that I’d have to pay. When I went online and they told me how much she was gonna be which was the flat rate for the truck and a dollar something a kilometre a mile.. when I was done with the truck they said I was over my mileage. That was never stated online, and they never told me that when I went to pick the truck up that I only was allowed to go so far before I got charged in an extra $190.. I was floored.. I will never rent one of your trucks again
Colleen DThe miles and kilometers were mixed up and I was charged over $9800, which is crazy. The error was eventually fixed, but it took the customer service agent calling and myself calling. The location parking lot is very crowded and difficult to park large uhauls in.
