Great experience except staff didn't know there was a flat 4 point connector beside the round connector on the van and I didn't see it. I ended up purchasing the adaptor from them. Small oversight. Great experience no hassles clean truck the orderlyness of the paper work seemed to make my moving go quick clean up was easy return was easy.

Robert NVery cramped with rental cars from their separate business to return a trailer after hours, had to end up unhooking near a shop door and possibly being in the way when business opens. I can't speak to how helpful staff was as this was dropped off after hours.
