The place where I drop off the truck the person was there was so nice And it was quick leaving the truck there
SERGIO MThere was a lock on my truck. I drove it to move and couldn’t open the back. I called U-Haul and I tried all the passwords they gave me and none of them work to open up the back. I had to drive all the way back to the location when I had a designated moving time at my apartment had them cut off the lock. Besides that it was good but I paid for 20 miles
