The lady working this location made it extremely difficult to pick up my reservation. I’ve been using U-Haul for nearly 15 years for each time I move to a new place and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. I had a reservation and completed all the check in information before anrrival and it took them an hour to let me leave with the keys. On top of that she was extremely rude the whole time and tried to make it seem like I had done something wrong when I had done everything correct on my end. Do not use this location it isn’t worth the headache

The items we ordered were not available and we did not receive a refund that we were told we were going to receive. Horrible customer service, the truck was good though
Fallon WThe employees didn’t yet understand the U-Haul system they had and were arguing back and forth for 40 minutes on whether to get step one or two done while I already had the confirmation code ready. I was in a rush because I had to move at a certain time and was late because of the amount of time it took for the employees to secure the U-Haul.
