I might as well have been talking to a wall. Between these two experiences, I wouldn't use U-haul if it mean I had to wheelchair myself down the interstate with a little red wagon of furniture behind me. Awful to deal with. Underhanded and useless.
Patrick RThere weren't enough chairs to sit on and my husband had to wait half an hour sitting on the floor while 2 other parties were ahead of him. There needs to be an additional attendant there and more chairs!
Benton KThey didn't have the furniture dolly we requested and we had to watch as one person trained another on the whole process. But it was way better than the worthless place before them who were not even there and wouldn't answer their phone.
