HAZEL WTruck drove very well and handled our hauling needs. The call to set up the pickup by Joy was appreciated and everything was ready.
DANA BWasn’t in my area of choice and still got charged the miles for a 45 minute destination instead of U-Haul cross-loading equipment to the destination of the customers need. The battery died within 3 hours of me loading the U-Haul. The maintenance records of each rental should be available for customers to see when oil and ROUTINE maintenance is completed for the safety of the customer.
