I was told to drop the equipment at this location. I did do and tried to check it in on the app. The app couldn't find the location. I contacted uhaul and told them. They said I would not be charged extra. Now they charged me extra when though I have a time stamped photo showing they were turned in on time.

Stop changing the agreed upon pickup location on the day of the scheduled pickup as well as the agreed upon drop location. Joy the owner of Hidden Acres is a "JOY" to work with especially when reserving a truck or trailer.
Curtis MPersonnel were not available when I dropped off.
