The location was very convenient! However, there was nobody on site during open hours, and I was a little concerned about leaving the trailer without anyone acknowledging the return.

The trailer really needed a jack mounted on the tongue. I had no help with me and picking the tongue up off the ground was very difficult
JAMES KWe started out with a rental in Luverne, AL, where we waited for over 30 minutes and no one was at this location. We then were directed to the Rutledge, AL location, where someone from Uhaul " Spoke to someone" at this location and once we got there, No one was at this location either. We then were directed to the Troy Store and again the "Spoke to someone and they were awaiting my call". Called to the Troy store and got in touch with Zee. She immediately had an attitude throughout our entire transaction. When I told her that I was explained that we would get it at a discounted rate, she proceeded to cock an attitude and say thats not what is showing on her end. Abby then stepped in and was super accommedating and kind. She understood that we had been trying to get a simple trailer for over 3 hours, majority of which were on the phone with UHAUL.
