The manager of the facility was great! Very friendly, patient, and helpful. However...the checkout before the facility opened, and checkin after COB was terrible. Uhaul needs to fix the app.

Working with U-haul corporate is a night mare. I will not recommend U-haul to anyone. The person who did my booking was horrible and very disrespectful. I will do my best to never use U-haul again.
Wyman HJoe was super helpful. Wish they sold accessories like trailer balls, but was easy enough to get locally. Will definitely use Troy storage again
