The lady was very nice and didn't generally work there but was helping her family. However, we were there for quite some time waiting for the computer to work, or for her to make phone calls about the transactions being made. Then (I had never done this before) but with we had to put an (X) sticker on every scuff and scrap mark so they knew we didn't put any marks on the truck. That took forever (the lady did help) but the truck was pretty scratched up.
