Book my reservation correctly for whether the office is open and someone is available to help or not. While I was able to pick up the van, it took me over an hour to accomplish it because I was not provided the code to retrieve the key. As it turns out, the reservation was booked as if someone would be at the location, but no one was there. Also, on the chat they simply told me I would need to come back the next day or cancel my reservation. Luckily, I was also trying to get someone on the phone and they were able to provide me the lockbox code. This was VERY frustrating.
