The girl behind the counter was extremely nice. But the truck. I can only guess that a homeless person smoked weed in the cab and then took the blankets and made a bed in grandma’s attic. The cab smelled like weed and homelessness and a part of a joint was in the ashtray. There was also water in the floor and center console. I had a move to make so I didn’t have a choice but to drive on. It was miserable.
JUSTIN BI was screamed at by the owner for returning the truck there. I offered to park in a different spot and she told me to go to a different location. I explained that if my location was changed in my app or if a representative from UHaul Corporate asked me to return it somewhere else, I would but that I had to return to my designated location. She screamed and said she is not accepting a 26' truck. Eventually, she stormed off and I just left the vehicle there. She was incredibly unprofessional.
