Clean the truck. It was absolutely disgusting on the inside. I spent 30 minutes just cleaning the scum off of everything. Really really gross.

Drop-off was not recorded timely or accurately. I received conflicting drop-off instructions. Had to call in and clear up the confusion. A few other issues that i dont really want to take even more time to type out. I rent frequently and will probably be looking into purchasing my own trailer as this trip became the last straw.

William YIt’s a liquor store and it was stifling hot in the store. The guy had to use his phone to do the transaction and he kept getting interrupted to take care of customers purchases. The truck had a broken emergency brake, no washer fluid to clean the windshield. By the way this was the 3rd place that I was directed to in order to get the truck I had a reservation for.
