Online process to check in took forever I even sent a chat to speak to someone and I was waiting for awhile. Once bubba came to his shop, he was such a pleasant person to talk to and helped me with the process. His directions were clear and he was so nice!

Richard WI reserved a dolly for my move. The dolly was not provided and it caused some extra work moving some heavy furniture. I noted this in the check in and check out online. But, was still charged for the dolly.
