Got a phone msg as I was driving to return my trailer to drop off location I had chosen at reservation time. The message said to take it somewhere else and if i didn't, I would be charged more. The new drop off was further away.

Ziad AMan that helped us was very rude and unhelpful. He was angry that we didn’t fill everything out online, when we tried and it didn’t work. He kept saying “I hate this shit. I’m not the U-Haul guy, I just work on motorcycles. This happens every fucking time”. I felt like I was bothering him just because I had a reservation to pick up a truck, at an authorized location.
Abbey JHaving Uhaul as a side business to supplement his motorcycle shop was clearly an inconvenience to the owner yet he clearly needs the money. Not the best choice for Uhaul
