The location was fine, there was no interaction with any of the location staff. They were closed during my pick up and drop off. I did have some issues with my pick up tho, which was a uhaul issue not a location issue. When attempting to pick up the rental I was required to go through a verification process which I understand. However I wasnt expecting it to take 45 minutes and I wasn't expecting to need a verified contact or passport or employer verification or a lease agreement. Maybe uhaul could be more transparent or prepare customers for those verification requirements. There was nothing I saw saying that I would need anything other than my cellphone and drivers license. I had to chat with a rep who had to transfer to another rep who told me that my contact wasn't able to be verified all while the app just said that my verification was being completed. It was inconvenient and I was late for my pre scheduled furniture pickup. Not only that I had to leave after I arrived for the pick up to get what was needed to authorize the rental.All that time wasted on an authorization that seemed pretty pointless. Plus there was nothing that mentioned what purpose the contact serves regarding the rental. The main thing that was good was the price of the rental but the ridiculous part is how I was charged $9 in gas for 2 miles. The price was still better than having to pay someone with a truck so I guess that was good.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkGot a phone msg as I was driving to return my trailer to drop off location I had chosen at reservation time. The message said to take it somewhere else and if i didn't, I would be charged more. The new drop off was further away.
