Your website lists the drop-off location as being 24/7. This is NOT the case and the website needs to change that. I went by the location about an hour after they closed and there is no way to leave a trailer. U-haul need to update their information.

At the location main gate add an extra sign indicating which way is the U-Haul to keep people from going into the pet store...they won't mind leading you into the right direction but also exposes our elder customer to an extra walk in the Arizona heath !!

My first interaction was great with a young gentleman who help me with my hitch. The gentleman that help me return that was Native American Or Hispanic should not be in customer service. He was rude, had a very bad attitude, and I repeated myself many times and he did not listen as I stated I was only to be charged two days. He was upset with me and chose to charge me for the 3 days and gave me attitude when he handed me my receipt. Which at this time I had already explained over 3 times that I was to be charged only two times and had spoke to Donna at a different U-Haul. This gentleman was a horrible example of the reputation that U-Haul prides themselves on. He also made me go through a light check upon return which I have never been put through in any of my rentals with U-Haul. It was a sad way to end a great experience I had in the beginning. I hope I won't be returning back

Dexter called a couple of days before our reservation to inquire as to whether I had any questions about our rental. He was extremely nice and helpful. The gentleman (sorry, I did not get his name) on duty when I went to pick up the uhaul and car hauler was super nice and allowed me to video his instructions regarding use of the car hauler and uhaul so that I would not forget anything. We had a really good experience at the pick up site.

Passenger side blind spot mirror was not stable as there was a screw missing. I was surprised at how comfortable it was to drive though. Uhaul - Your website sucks. Any time I changed my reservation, you changed my location to somewhere other than where I wanted to pick up and return. It was also not clear that the other fees, (damage coverage, dolly, furniture pad rentals) were also per day.

They have attitude sent us to another location to pick up truck ,when we arrived at other location we were sent back to them. They have false advertising on 24 hour drop off. The guy was actually yelling at me then I went off on him . I've used uhaul on gulf links and wilmont for12 years and never had anything but proffesionalism from them , this place I ended up at was the worst customer service I've ever had at any business in my 52 years of life!!

Fuel was listed as "full" at pickup...gauge was on last line but not on "F". I topped it to a point slightly higher than the last line at return. I was charged $14+ for fuel shortage. Not a lot but I have never encountered this treatment at any other U-Haul & will not be using this facility again. Too bad for them since I had planned to buy some of their honey & pet grooming services. Rest assured i have told everyone I know to pass on warning about this place. From now on, I will take a picture of the dash display anytime I rent a vehicle.

Got a call from Uhaul 3 days after I returned the trailer tellung me know that they did not have any paperwork verifying that I returned the trailer. After I let them know that I did indeed return the trailer, on time, they called the facility who states that they forgot to check the trailer back in but it was in the parking lot. So I would say that my overall experience was very poor since I was very stressed about the fact that I might be responsible to pay for a placement trailer.

Had the resv.3 wks in advance. Called 4 x to be sure. My resv. was looked up, no problem. Drove to Tucson to pick it up. No resv. found and no 6' x 12' available. Sent to 2 different sites until my resv. Miraculously appeared and a trailer available. Two hrs. of unnecessary run-around. Got the job done but really?

Love this location. However, this is the second time I've had to pickup at a different location than I reserved from because U-haul didn't have my truck at the original.

The gentleman who helped me was more knowledgeable than the person he called for help when the system canceled my reservation as he was taking payment. It took a long time for the Uhaul help person to restore the order and I had to pack the truck in the dark. I would use this location again.
