The office worker was extremely pleasant and provided good service.
AARON CI asked the attendant to cross the trailer safety cables (which are way too long) as this is recommended practice. (The "X" creates a basket which prevents the disconnected trailer from "pole vaulting" if a disconnect occurs at speed). I was told that Uhaul practice is to not cross the safety connections and that I was making his job extremely difficult. Everything else was great as expected.
THOMAS HChanged for an additional full day for an hour and it was not explained.
DAVID DThese guys were AMAZING!!! My has and and I are both disabled and these two young men went above and beyond to help us. Loading was as professional as it gets, would definitely recommend!
