Terry WI have rented a 5x9 cargo trailer at Rita Ranch Uhaul several times and the service has always been exceptional. Both gentlemen are polite, professional and complete the hookup of the trailer. Highly recommend the outlet.
FOSTER SNot have the customer do the calling to locate and find a drop off location themselves and then call it in to have put in the system for third party vendors that have U-Hual. Just felt like I made the reservation so why at pick up did I need to provide the same information as well and then google on my phone a location also I asked for a noon pickup time and the reservation was sent saying 4pm and that I was early.
