George PThe 6X12 cargo trailers need a jack on them in case like my case you need to drop the trailer for loading and can still use your tow vehicle, I had to borrow a floor jack to unhook the trailer. It took several days to load my trailer before I left to Colorado
Bruce GI was promised 270 miles with no charge due to U-Haul not having the truck from the location on my original reservation. However, I was charged for over 200 miles in spite of me noting the agreement with the agent at the desk in Tucumcari. Thankfully, Anthony from the New Mexico U-Haul group and his manager Justin rectified the situation and refunded my mileage.
