I had to take the trailer back and get the tire fixed. I asked if they would check the tire pressure and air them up if they needed it but they said they checked them when they came in and they were fine but I had to bring it back and they replaced the tire cause it had a hole in it

The lady whom I dealt with was one of the rudest people I have ever met. Her questions and answers were very curt and when we were done, she gave no directions as to where the rental trailer was located, and we ended up trying to hook up to the wrong trailer. When we did find the trailer, it was parked in a cluster of weeds so tall we had to pull forward to check the lights. This dealer is not doing any justice to the Uhaul image.

Robert VI had reserved a 15ft, i was called n told they only had a 10ft that had NO ramp, it costed me more to have to make extra trips n lots of extra lifting due to no ramp, i am not a happy customer
