Upon returning, while taking a picture of the inside storage area, opened the roll up door and it wouldn’t close after.
MARTIN GWe loved Uhaul and everything worked well at the end but they gave us a truck that wouldn't work with the trailer and had to go to another location to have it checked and change a fuse. Then we asked if the noise and the smell of gas in the cabin was right and they said ok but it turns out .....the day after we had to stop in Arizona and call the raid side assistance because the exhaust was falling off. The mechanic (Mike) was amazing and everything worked out but they clearly gave us a truck that they didn't check at all even if they knew we were about to drive from California to Florida.
LUCA CThe prices are very high. We booked the exact opposite trip 1 year ago and it was $189 with the insurance. This trip was over $600. No student discount no nothing. Had to take the trailer to an unplanned location for drop off.
EDWARD LIt seemed as if my presence was a bother. I was actually sent away when attempting to return the trailer. I had to come back 45min later and even then the individual was announced at my returning of the uhaul. No inspection was performed, no assistance offered. I will not be using this location in the future.
