First of all I didn't reserve at this location. I was asked to switch by your company. Only to receive equipment that is scheduled to go to service and should be okay for use and since I opted for the safe trip option of I had a problem I could just call the number. I didn't have time to switch or complain. I wasn't even offered anything by uhaul for this favor.....not a good experience at all

CHAD PSuper nice gentleman at the counter. Cute store, will go in and shop sometime.
Shanan CDrop off was easy. I did not have to interact with the personnel or enter the location to say if it was clean or not. maybe we need a N/A option.
