I was quite unpleased with the return policy. I pickedup the Uhaul at one location and returned it to another but was meet with a large fee. When u reserved the truck I did not select a return location becuase I was under the impression that I could return it anywhere. It should be posted clearly that, that is not the case. The representative who gave me the truck was professional but the return process was convoluted and felt like a scam. I unfortunately will not be using the company again

How U-Haul Reviews WorkFlawless transaction
Dean GWipers sucked. When using wipers in the rain, it made the window more dirty and almost impossible to see. Rainx would've done better than no wipers.
Flock VDidn't do any extra driving between pickup location, drive to the house we were moving out of and then drove to the new house, unloaded and drove to the drop off location. But getting changed almost 90 dollars for extra miles on the uhaul. pretty freaking upset about that because it already cost us almost 4000 dollars to move and now you wanna change extra for something that should of been included. Not happy about this at all
Daniel WMy only interaction was after-hours drop off. There could be more signage on where to leave the truck.
