Both tire straps were wrapped multiple times around the ratchet. I had to take the trailer to another dealer to untangle them before I could load my car. One of the straps had a hole in it and had to be replaced.

We were totally ripped off. Denied a 15’ truck for an international move. Given a 10’. Made to pay for a trailer to be able to keep our belongings. Definitely the last time we use UHAUL
JONATHAN CThere are 2 recorded uhaul rental stores in 29palms California ! The one I have been going to in the last year is by far the better uhaul delealer in town ! The other uhaul rental store on adobe rd in 29palms California should not allow there employees to smoke pot well in there office where families come into to rent a uhaul truck or van trailer etc. ! The family that operates and rents the community your moving equipment that I prefer to rent from has by far a better operating value than the other uhaul on adobe rd 29palms California ! Uhaul America 🇺🇸 should honor and respect all wishes of the families in 29palms California ! Amen
