Location at 90+ miles away from my home town. U-Haul person at my home town did not have truck and had promised would one at location on reserved date. Had to travel 90 + miles one way. She allowed 1 extra day but did not give us enough mileage and had to pay $92.00 extra because they said I went over mileage. The mileage allowed was bearly to go from big spring tx to Fort Worth tx one way. Very disappointed.

State the correct time the truck was turned in. Not 2 hours later so i will be charged the extra day
Tony SThe man at this location didn’t know anything about the U-Haul rental, nor did he have a dolly or moving blankets. I already had to drive 90 minutes to pick up the U-Haul due to scheduling, then I had to drive to the other side of Abilene to get a dolly and blankets. The trick was also disgusting. Thankfully, the ladies at the other Abilene location swept and mopped it when I picked up the dolly and blankets.
