Take pictures of gas gauge and mileage because I was ripped off by being charged for 60 miles and only went 50! Upcharged $11 for fuel even though I returned it with more than when I picked it up! Don't recommend putting in mileage online upon renting it

MARK HWhen picked up, only had 3/4 tank of gas, the windshield washer fluid light was on and found out later that evening tail light was out. I own a 350 transit but was traveling with my rv between homes and needed a van to transport things locally. This van drives rougher than my van so not sure if it's just because cargo can or some other issue. It got me from point a to b without issues and that's all I needed. Van came with passenger door handle missing top cover on front of handle. Still opens/ shut fine. My app was not wanting to work when dropping off. Kept saying some kind of issue and try later. So left the van since my ride was waiting.
CARON RLocation is incredibly convenient, right off 47 in the Union/St.Clair/Washington area. Shop owners are incredibly nice and helpful, pickup and dropoff process is easy, parking lot is fine to navigate through. Not the fault of the shop, but whoever used the auto trailer last left it covered in glass and giant flakes of sharp rust from whatever junkyard rescue they performed, so shame on them.
